Return and Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and are looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase on unused, unwashed products. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a full refund to the original payment method minus any shipping fees.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
To initiate an exchange or return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to exchange or return
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email once return is initiated.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
After we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and process your refund request to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5-7 business days for a refund to show up on your statement. If the product is damaged in any way you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note: in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at merchandise@curesma.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Cancellation Policy
Any orders placed on the website that have not yet been processed and shipped can be cancelled with email notification for a full refund. Please request cancellation by replying to your order confirmation email with the word “Cancellation Request” in the body of the email. Orders cancelled on time will be refunded in their entirety.
