How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped.

What shipping methods do you use?  

We ship via USPS and UPS.

Is shipping included?

All US orders over $35 ship free!  For orders that don’t qualify for free shipping, rates are based on weight and current USPS based shipping costs that are calculated at the time of purchase during checkout.  Please note we do not increase shipping charges and they are automatically calculated based on weight of items purchased.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

I haven't received my order yet. What's going on?

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at merchandise@curesma.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
